How to do a kick in Taekwondo*

There are many types of kicks in Taekwondo we will learn how to do the easier kick in Taekwondo , the front kick .Always after doing a kick you must do a warming up , the warming up consist in running more or less 10 minutes to have your body ready to stretch.

First put in "sparring"* position and raise your left knee ,always having the guard high and turn your ankle that is in the floor at the right side then stretch the foot that you have elevated and back to the "sparring" position. There are four types of front kick and the kick that we learn before is the "kick number one"*.

To do this kick "perfectly" you should do this process very fast and also you would do the kick higher than do it slow.
